So I'm about a week late on this, but hopefully Connor will forgive me. I also really need to blog our awesome Easter trip to Mackay, but that will be next time. Connor is 13. I have a teenager.
How on earth did that happen? Anyway, so far Connor hasn't hit any of the teenage angst and attitude. I know it's probably coming, but I'm sure going to do my best to enjoy him now. Connor is an awsome big brother and example to us all. He is very easy going and works hard, at home and in school. He is almost always willing to help me when I need it. He also has a great sense of humor, much more subtle than Chase's but funny and fun to kid with. He loves hanging out with his friends, shooting some hoops, playing the trumpet, and babysitting(not really that one, but I sure love that he can and is willing to). Mike says blogs are just another form of the brag letter, but I told him I feel like what I put on here is for me and what I want to remember. So if I'm bragging, oh well. Connnor is super patient with his younger siblings (not perfect mind you there is definately yelling and fighting at times) He is my most even tempered child. He totally gets that from Mike, not me. We are so grateful he is part of our family.

Happy Birthday Connor!
Always such a cute smile on that boy. He is a good egg for sure.
As for the "brag letter"... well I can see how the blog might serve as that for some.
For me, alone in the heat of AZ, they have become a way to feel more connected to some of my family and I love reading every bit, brag or not.
I guess since I'm pretty much in contact with only family and close friends on this thing it hasn't seemed like bragging at all.
Thanks for sharing your Connor thoughts. You have every right to brag on him either way!
I agree 100% with Celiac.
Happy Birthday to Connor! May he continue to be a happy, willing, helpful boy! Boys rock!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CONNOR! Fun to see a younger picture...he's always been a cutie. As for bragging....brag away!
What brag? All I saw were statements of fact. Honesty is always the best policy. At least that's what grandma always taught and I trust her.
Happy Birthday Connor! It's all fast forward from here says the mom of a 29,27 and soon to be 25 year old. HOW did THAT happen?!?!?
Teenagers are Terrific!! Happy Birthday Connor!
