September

 The first day of school

  Chase 8th grad

Sam, Seth, and Chase.  These buddies pick Chase up everyday to walk to the bus stop
 Connor, Junior
Connor and Calvin.  Calvin also comes over every morning
 Kennadee, third grade
 Katelyn, fifth grade
Actually had a picture of Mike with all the kids, but only put in this one.
Kate's birthday was on Labor Day and did we party.  We started out by going to the parade in Wellsville.  This is the loudest parade I have been to yet.  Kenna just started a cheerleading class, which she loves, and was in the parade.

Kate saw this dog on the parade route.  Nanie and Papa sent extra money to Kate this year so that we could do something she chose as a family.  She decided to go to the Jump Zone, this joint with trampolines for floors.  I did take pictures, but none turned out well enough to be on here.  A great time was had by all, and Mike learned to do a backflip.
Next we went to Chili's for dinner.
Kate decided not to have a friend party because she has 12 friends she would need to invite and that was too many.
All she wanted for her birthday was legos.  Love this gir.
She had been saving all summer to buy these skeletoes shoes and couldn't find any her size.  We surprised her with some for her birthday.  They creep me out, but she loves them.

This month we got to attend the Open House for the new Brigham City Temple.  It was a great experience for our family.  It is such a beautiful temple.

First day of school. I sooo wish my school started that late.
Happy Birthday Kate! A place with trampolines for floors sounds fabulous. (and perhaps a bit sweaty)
Those toe shoes are quite the trend. Hope she likes them.

Is the temple in Brigham a mini temple of full size?

AND... did you get a new hairstyle? It looks super cute is what I'm thinking.

Loved both of your posts. How cute is your family at the temple!
Those boys are going to be going on missions in a blink of an eye. That is so crazy.
Happy Birthday Katie!

Thanks for the updates (both posts). I have always done first and last day of school photos. It's always fun to see how they change over the years. I have to admit in recent years it has sometimes been a day other than the first one (I know lame mom). The parade looks like a fun time and Congrats to Connor for picking such a cute girl. Takes guts to ask one out! Good for him.

So are Sam and Calvin siblings? If not they look eerily alike...

Yeah, those first of the year photos are the best! They are so excited- even if it was to wear their new clothes and see their friends.

The one close up photo of Kate looks SOOO much like her mama!! She is getting bigger and more fun all the time.
All the kiddos are changing and sprouting up. How great that you all got to to go the temple open house. A memorable experience.
Nice to see Mike in there with the kids too.
