Hats, hats, hats

We got spoiled for Christmas (a little late, but it took my parents a bit to get here, weather and all) Look at these greats hats my aunt made for us. I think she has a gift of matching the hat to the owner's personality. We can't wait to wear them skiing.

I forgot this picture. It's an update on Smokey. He/she is much bigger now and since it is cold outside we don't hold her as much as we should. Kate is pretty good about feeding it when I remind her. Mike likes to let her out to hop around and she immediately heads for the jungle that is my neighbors yard. The rabbit is docile and soft, but I just can't help thinking how nasty the poop tray is going to be when it's hot. Oh well. In other news, I forgot to mention that Mike's car died last Friday when we were out to dinner. We went in on Sunday morning when the traffic was light and towed to the mechanics with the van. After only $700 ( I know it could have been worse, but why is it anytime you go to the mechanic it is at least $500? Crazy) we have it back today. It's an old car but has run well and at least no car payment.

So my Dad, who is now quite the blogger himself (he has some awesome pictures, if you haven't looked check it out) informed me that I needed to update. Dutiful daughter that I am, here it is. I am not a great blogger, even though so many extremely exciting things happen in my life, I just don't sit down to record them. This is Kennadee in the dress I made her. Notice her sparkly shoes. Mom gave those to her and she loves them. Of course she had to wear them to church. We had a great Christmas, except Kennadee was sick ( cough, fever, vomit, and ear infection). It was about a week before she felt better, but she's back in form now. There was swimming, snow skiing, games and movies over the break. Here are a few pics of some of the favorite gifts. I know there are many of you who wish you could be here to play Killer Bunnieswith us and who ever thought you would see Katie putting on make-up? Kenna got it for Christmas.
