Well another busy summer is over. I have been rebelling against my blog, not sure why, but I have not felt like doing it for a long time. I love summer, but it sure will be nice to get back into a routine. Connor just started eighth grade. 
Doesn't he look like a teenager in these pictures? He is at a new school this year, it's junior high with 8th and 9th graders. He was a bit nervous the first day. He had to find his way around a new school and the student population doubled from last year. It's a huge school. He is doing super now though. 
Chase started 5th grade. He has great teacher and really likes it so far. He is spending alot of time reading and is taking some swimming lessons. 
Katie is in 2nd grade and looking forward to her 8th birthday coming up next week. She loves her teacher, has lots of friends, and is hopefully going to have a much better year than last year. 
And my baby started Kindergarten! Wow. She is absolutely not a baby though, more like the queen bee. She was so excited and I have to admit I am too. She came home the first day and said she had to spend a lot of time sitting down and almost fell asleep.
The second day was much better, because they got to make something and had recess.
Yesterday our nice neighbors took the kids and I boating (Mike stayed home to have a do whatever you want day.) It was really fun. Kenna and Kate tried the tubes, Chase loves knee-boarding, and Connor skied for the first time.
