Dancing with Daddy

Almost every night, our little Diva has to dance with her Daddy. They put on quite a show and believe me, she loves every bit of attention and we must clap or else. I think it's funny

that no one taught her the hand movements or poses, but she does very well. You would think she watches Dancing with the Stars, but she doesn't. She did watch Strictly Ballroom with Cerese and I though. Maybe she picked up a few tips. I guess some things you are just born
with. Mike may not be to happy with me when he sees this, but luckily he doesn't look at my blog much. I think it is a great thing and someday a memory for them both. Many nights, she will put on one of her princess dresses and a veil. Side note, I made her shirt and pants. Mike thinks that pants are hideous, but I think they have personality. What's your vote?

Votes on the pants, Grandma V and I both think they are super cute! (I think they look a little Sonny and Cher from the 70s, but in a good way)

Kenna is such a character! I loved her singing with her daddy too.

The milk mustache is a nice touch in the photos as well.

Love it!

Are you kidding?!? Those pants are fantastic! Tell ole Mikey that he is starting to sound like a stuffy banker. :) I think it is fantastic that they spend some quality time together bonding and perfecting some dancing with the stars skills. Kenna is a cutie patootie for sure - with or without the stylin pants. (Hmmmm somehow that doesn't sound quite right - but youknow what I mean? right?)

Mike is way off base! Those colors and styles are so "in" right now. It almost makes you nostalgic for your childhood--almost. It does have certain deja vu quality to it. I recall pictures of similiar styles and colors on a certain precocious little girl who is now the mother of another precocious girl! The apple really didn't fall too far from the tree here.

I love that she watched Strictly Ballroom with Aunt Cerese. She's got great taste and good moves already.
